SUBJECT: Textile Graphic Design (European Market)
BRAND: Hallotex for Zara + Pull&Bear
NOTES: Hallotex is a design house and sustainable manufacturer based in Barcelona, Spain. They have a big clientele, providing numerous services, one being textile graphic design. I was chosen to remotely aid Hallotex’s Textile Graphic Design team in producing work for Zara and Pull&Bear. Here are samples of some of my work.
FUN FACT: Europe leads in fashion trends and is always one year ahead of the West.

BRAND: Hannah Banana
NOTES: Hannah Banana is a leading higher-end children’s wear line paving the way in Los Angeles. They can be found in Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and specialty boutiques nationwide. It was here that I was officially titled “The Multitasker” by Hannah Banana’s founders. I had a hand in every single department at this company, from design to production in China to photo editing for the e-commerce department. My most enjoyable moments were helping out the Graphic Design team that created fun and trendy prints. Here is my favorite piece created by yours truly - a butterfly design using florals.
SUBJECT: Textile Design (Embroidery) / Apparel Design
BRAND: Desigual
NOTES: I was chosen to design a small collection for Desigual, a bold and eclectic Spanish brand that produces unique looks for the European customer with authentic taste. I custom-made an embroidery design and created various apparel pieces to go with it. Featuring Roman-inspired silhouette with Indian-style embroidery work.
Designer’s Mood Board: Necessary to showcase design direction prior to creating a collection. I always begin my design process by trend research + trend board. Then, I create a mood board for approval before designing the actual pieces of a collection so everyone is on the same page.
SUBJECT: Textile Design for Sweaters
BRAND: Ella Moss
NOTES: Ella Moss is a well-known true contemporary line that has been around for decades. Today, Ella Moss is the go-to for updated denim pieces. When I was working under the Head Sweater Designer, Ella Moss produced fashion pieces inspired by India, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, Latin America, and the Navajo culture. They designed everything but denim. This is my work from those times in the Sweater Department. It was an experience taking inspiration from other cultures and countries to create unique textiles.
